Soon after moving to Alaska at the age of fourteen my Mom and Dad gave me a Shakespear fly fishing combo rod complete with a spring loaded auto rewind reel and a few Black Gnats and Royal Coachmen. Well I promptly left the house with rod in hand to learn to fly fish. Now forty years later I'm not sure how much I've really learned but I've had a lot of fun in the process.
Now a commercial photographer in Anchorage, Alaska I find myself photographing everything from cell phones to professional hockey and of course fishing.
Have a look at these pages and enjoy the sights that I see every month of the year on the rivers and lakes of Alaska.
